Did they finish already, because all I hear at the moment is some silly music :(
Yeah, sorry, it was like 15 minutes worth of highlights.

I supppose someone will upload it somewhere, but until then what you need to know is that, for once, Samu wasn't taken advantage of in the sprint. This time the one who rode like an amateur was apparently Kolobnev.

Well, that sounds familiar too actually :p It wasn't your fault, it was me who joined in too late. Will wait for the Youtube.

i don't think sammy's team will be able to hold onto the lead even with Anton present here. I liked how movistar attacked and they might still end up winning but pity about Fuglsang having to get A. Schleck back, otherwise i thought he could have won

It's a one day race, mate.

Did he ever have to be a GT contender? I see a guy who could be like Cunego... he has a half-decent sprint on him, not that he ever gets to use it. Certainly hilly stage races and one-day races (the hillier the better) are his terrain. But then, we haven't seen his recovery or climbing of big HC mountains lately so maybe he is suited to it.

Poor Kolobnev. I mean jeez, if you turned those podiums into victories he would be the greatest cyclist of our generation.

And all he has to show for it (victory wise) is a nat jersey and Strade Bianchi before it was even as big as it is now.

I really hope he wins something big soon. Really really deserves it.

2012 worlds would be no less than he deserves, but hopefully an Ardennes Classic at least, this year.

Huh? Where did you see this? Catch A. Schleck? Get A. Schleck back to where?

LEOPARD TREK were working for Fabian Wegman, plus Fuglsang wasn't even feeling so hot:

Relaxing after a hard GP Indurain. @leopardtrek worked super and Wegmann took 3rd! Legs where not to bad but my stomach is still giving me a hard time after I food poisoned myself Wednesday.

@Libertine: So did you understand everything they said in the video?

People like Gilbert and Boonen have more or the same amount of podiums. So no, he wouldn't be the greatest.

Of course not. My Basque would best be described as rudimentary. Hardest language I've ever tried to learn.

When i made the comment i thought, El Pistolero is going to come here, misunderstand the comment and then say something about Gilbert.

Didnt need to be a pscychic for that.

If you turned all KOLOBNEVS podiums into wins how does Gilbert get more wins:rolleyes:

You need to think, proccess, analyse posts before you comment on them.

Either way the point im making is that unlike Gilbert and Boonen who have monument and big classic wins, Kolobnev has never had that moment of awesomness.

But somehow, you manage to bring Gilbert into it. Wow.

No, because a lot of people think Kolobnev gets a lot of second and third places while in fact there are many other cyclists who get on the podium a lot without winning.

And he still wouldn't be the greatest ever if you turn all his podiums into wins. It would be 2 monuments and 2 world titles vs 5 monuments, 2 classics and 1 worlds title.

What I'm trying to say is, he really doesn't have that much podiums in the classics... One in Luik and one in Lombardia. Kolobnev is no Michael Boogerd and never will be one.

If thats all you were saying how comes you mention Gilbert:rolleyes:

Also in this alternate universe, Kolobnev has a Olympic gold

Hed also have 2 GP miguel Indurains, 2 Giro Emilias and a Classica San Sebastian.

And most of these podiums were on the second step.

Really really unlucky, but top top rider.
