Bravo Lenny! We always look at The New discussion, same attributes, he's not Purito, not Pozzo, Lenny is a unique blend of puncher and climber. Good job anticipating and placing for the turn, crafty win. Allez!
Also a really capable TTer for his size.

Yep, still some way to go with usng his head, but "Sticky" Lenny was following team orders, so it's not all his fault -

“It’s hard to analyse his Tour just moments after the final stage, but Lenny more or less did what we expected of him, ...The plan was for him to go all-in on some stages and take it easy on others. For me, that’s not an issue. There are things that need fixing, yes, but his inconsistency isn’t one of them.”

5th in Paris-Nice, with a prestigious stage win against Vingegaard.
2nd in Catalunya.

Best spring GC rider for France since Thibaut Pinot 2015-2017 and David Gaudu 2023. And no one seems to care, even in the country of Bernard Hinault.

Yes, partly because all eyes are fixed on another young rider whose initials are PS. Let see how it goes in the season as Lenny is often very strong at the start of the season.

Daddy Martinez talks about his son, Lenny -
https://cyclinguptodate.com/cycling...-sticky-bottle-tour-de-france-and-paul-seixas
(original article - in French - at https://www.cyclismactu.net/news-cyclisme-interview-miguel-martinez-mon-fils-lenny-va-reussir-un-jour-son-tour-de-france-93156.html )
He is now racing the Ardennes classics, starting off with Flèche Wallonne where he was fourth last year. "Considering the progress Lenny has made between last year and this year, given his performance and improvement statistics, and the leaps he's capable of making, I think he's capable, in my opinion at least, of a Top3 finish".
"After that, he'll be going for the win. But of course, Pogacar isn't there. Has Pidcock fully recovered? Those are two riders already. Kévin Vauquelin will also be there to win. And since Lenny has improved compared to last year, I think he can also beat Paul Seixas".
Oooh! French "next-great-hopes" go head to head! That thar is fightin' talk!
