Green Jersey - Countback?

Could someone tell me what happens if (and this year it is far from impossible) the green jersey competition finishes tied?

Is it shared or do they have some kind of countback (stage wins, for example)?

If it's a draw then the one with the most stage wins gets it. If they still are equal then I think the one who has won the most intermediate sprints gets it.

If it's a draw they give it to the guy not currently under a doping investigation, I believe. Just in case.
