Is he considered a climber?
Is he considered a sprinter?
Is he considered a domestique?

I'm going to rephrase those a bit since they require subjective answers.

Do I consider him to be a climber?
Do I consider him to be a sprinter?
Do I consider him to be a domestique?

No to all three.

Do you consider him an all rounder?
Did he win any individual WT stages?
Does his country border the Mediterranean?

Yes

Ok, no more questions as I'm fairly certain there is only one rider it can be at this point.

Fabio Aru...
I certainly consider Aru to be a climber, so no.
Well, I thought Rosa but he has no WT level wins in 2015. Then I realised I was misreading that, because him having won races in 2015 and him having won WT level races were separate questions.

Moreno Moser?

I read it the same way you did. He said "Did he win any WT stages?" instead of "Has he won any WT stages?" which coming right on the heels of the "Did he win a race in 2015?" question and Jaspear being American led me to believe he meant in 2015, so no to Moser.

Alessandro De Marchi?
No. I consider him to be a domestique but of course that's the trouble with the questions requiring subjective answers. If you don't agree with me, you can get thrown off the scent.
