Why the /was part? That inclusion makes the question rather moot as everybody at some point must have ridden for a team in their own country.

I thought so, too! A frenchman, currently on a non-french WT, multipe GT stages won - how hard can that be???

Yea I would agree. I hadn't looked at any of those results. Was just trying to find the multi stage winner. When you said there was enough info I thought I was crazy since I didn't see anything lol
