10% of the field made up or DR riders....Places 4, 6, 9, 11, 30, 36, & 71 (mechanical)....at least that I know off......Have been properly trained by the DR Armed Forces and National Police; Institutions which perform a great task at supporting elite athletes from the island......If they could just climb a little better, they'd be at the next level.....Don't worry, we'll get there....or maybe not.....if the FEDOCI people get away with ................(about blank)
