Help! Penalties in TDF 2009

First thanks to Cyclingnews for your great work to keep us up-to-date

Question:
Who can help me with a list of time/money penalties that was given in this TDF 2009?

I know that Astana got a penaltie (or how you wanna call it?) because they came to late

In the Dutch newspaper they added the last years everyday a list with fines that was given in a stage
