I'm not so sure that they are different teams - different sponsors yes. I saw a profile of all the team bikes on VS during the TdF.
Aside from that perhaps these frames are all owned by Trek and they provide them to whatever team they support.

I remember a Barloworld docu when they were ProConti (or equivleant) and they saud that every rider had 3 bikes: a training bike, a race bike, and a spared bike for race day. I think the more affluent teams may have more bikes per riders.
