philipines have a very secluded cycling scene. but it's all pro and they have hundreds of pro riders and it's very big sport there. you should look into it if you have interest.

Interesting to know, thanks, Ryo, I'll take a look. Phillipines (and to lesser extent, also Indonesia) are the more isolated part of Southeast Asia, culturally and geographically, it's easy to miss things.
