How to train in heavy traffic? (video)

I always have a bike with me. This is how I train in Bangkok. Its hot, its polluted, its heavy traffic and its flat as a ripped corsa single on a 202.

I always wear a helmet btw. It aint law but its bloody common sense.

I go for a ride everyday on city streets most of the time in heavy heavy traffic, trying to ride for atleast not lest than two hours, u really need to be careful and know your place lol

let alone the traffic-riding during nighttime can be exciting & yet nerve wrecking with the low range visibility-no matter how much coverage your spotlights can reach-there are always those damn manholes & uneven sections that makes the experience a bit unpleasant-even riding with a Cross bike...
