Sadly Susan, it appears that P.T. Barnum was correct when he said that there's a sucker born every minute. It is indeed astonishing that there is anyone out there in webworld still gullible enough to buy into these ridiculous scams. (Mis)Using the BBC is disgraceful! Is nothing sacred?

This one was really well done. I might not have read it so carefully but the spam filter caught it and it came to a e-mail address I don't use at all.

I've really seen an increase of scams in the last 10 days.

Tons of buy viagra now, enlarge your ...., (you guess what) with 30% discount emails for now.
As I am regular ebayer I noticed lot of fraud there lately.

One of them (if not fraud, ilegal is for sure) is that seller (with high rate feedback) has a 5 or 6 so called biders conected with him, who is task is to sky rocketing auction. At the end price if not good, they buy things for him or just pumping the bids.
It is easy to follow by history, and bid retractions.

Nope, they aren't getting all that personal info they need to send me a zillion dollars or pounds or whatever.
