UCI produces a positive rather than just -ve anti-doping story.
Young rider has contact he knows he can go to safely.

oh boy, what a surprise... rider was confronted with doping proposal... probably the last one who hasn't been yet

anyway, let's keep an eye on his progress - whishing all good luck, he'll need it; maybe new Bassons/Delion in making (though there appeared quite a few etalons and ambassadors of clean cycling in recent years...)
