inflatable carbon frame, what was the name?

on cyclingnews.com, about a year ago, there was a news article about a carbon frame that had to be inflated to align the carbon fibers to achieve maximum strength. the air took the place of carbon and saved weight.

i can not find the article or anything about this frame or company on the internet. can anyone tell me a name related to this frame and will you please?

At US $8,000 for the frame...would it not be easier to join weight-watchers to loose the extra fat off your middle???
