Instant notifications

Since the last maintenance the Instant email for subscribed threads isn't functional. I have reset all of them and it still doesn't seem to work.

I'm not receiving email notifications of new posts on the threads that I was subscribed to before the update. When I go to my profile it says I'm not subscribed to any threads but instead just have the threads bookmarked. At the bottom of the page for each of these threads the only choice available to me is to unsubscribe. Is there some way to receive email notification regarding new posts to threads?
