Is the decent from Alpe D'Huez acceptable?

Now that several riders have complained about the safety of the decents from Alpe D'Huez and mainly Col de Sarenne and said it´s recklessness from ASO to include it without any kind of safety measures, I thought it would be a good idea to have a look at both.

What do you think, Should ASO ban the decent, put up some safety on the road, or do you just see it as a part of the sport and they can just ride accordingly to the circumstances?

Here´s a couple of youtube vids from the decents.

Nothing but riders have right to voice opinions but the tour do the best work to make the roads the best possible, if peleton wants to ease off on the downhill they can do just that.
