Jan Ullrich confessed to Günter Wallraff - in 2007

This may not mean anything to people outside Germany, butGünter Wallraffhas said today that Jan Ullrich was ready to confess publicly and expose the full extent of doping in cycling, in 2007. According to Wallraff, he sat down with Ullrich for conversations and interviews for several days, but the piece (intended for publication in DIE ZEIT) was not released, on the intervention of Ullrich's "advisors".

Walraff not only interviwed Ullrich but he was digging deep into the cycling scene.
Wallraf reports that he learned that Armstrong was taking way way drugs compared to Ullrich.
