Now in its second year the JetBlack twenty four hours Sydney will be back in the Del Rio Resort, Wiseman's Ferry on February 6+7 2010.
Endurance racing in style and luxury: cabins, pool, pub, minigolf.
Everyone who has participated in a 24-hour race before -whether as a Solo Rider or in a Team, will know how challenging it can be to continue to ride those laps day in – and out. And you will also know how rewarding that hot shower after a night lap or that cold beer after your last one will be. The proud faces of your mates. And the best moment of all - sun rises after a long night of riding and drives away the dark... you're out on the track, with head or handle bar lights and then you notice the first rays of sun and start to feel the warmth on your skin... if you have not ridden a 24-hour race before, you're in for a treat. We promise!
We are working on a new track section to get up the hill and around the steep firetrail climb. Progress about the trackwork is on our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/rockytrailentertainment
Registration is now open and you can find all the details at http://www.rockytrailentertainment.com/
On the same weekend we will also have the 4th and final round of the Rocky Trail MTB Grand Prix. 4 hours of racing with preceding qualifying lap to determine the start order. Perfect for the first time racer if you want to be part of a big MTB race, but just not for 24 hours. Round 3 will be at Mt Stromlo on November 14 2009.
