the more i think about it, it's his best option. his DS days are CLEARLY over along with any serious earning potential in cycling. he has NOTHING left to lose.

he's probably made some dumb financial decisions and likely wasn't expecting early retirement. it's a way for him to cash in a little before fading away.

Believe me cycling needs to be destroyed. The main destroyers still run the UCI.

Can Ferrari's rep actually get any lower?

his rep is not the issue. Ferrari claims he has never doped or seen anyone dope, Omerta. I am guessing he has doped 50-100 riders of which many are still racing. If JB throws some dirt at Ferrari, perhaps the doc will throw some back and we can get the ball rolling.

His rep is low but if Bruyneel spills the beans and not just about Armstrong it will mean the Italian Tax authorities will go after the money even more and there maybe a good chance Ferarri does time if he wont cooperate.

But to see Ferarri made poor would be good.
