Regardless, why would Andreau's wife lie about it? What's the motive?

Betsy Andreau's story is the one which has the most credibility for me when it comes to the doping accusations which have been made against Lance Armstrong. Not only do I not see what her motive would have been for lying about what she heard, Lance's comments that she was motivated by "jealousy, bitterness, and hatred" are not very credible and to me make Lance look like he had something to hide.

It's extremely likely Lance was involved with doping during the Motorola years when there was little to no testing in the sport and doping was so widespread. What's puzzling about the statement made by Betsy Andreau was the doctor coming out and denying that Lance had made the statement to him. Not sure what the doctor's motivation for lying would have been either.

The doctor was not in the room at the time. He also, if I remember right, went on to a cushy position with the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

There are audio tapes of two people other than the Andreus where they admit they heard what Betsy said she heard.

It's obvious this is just more of Lance's games. Like when he grew his hair out after the French hair sample/disputed shower incident. It's all about being calculated and trying to assume control. The Andreu's have no choice because Frankie needs his job and Versus will side with Lance. I can't stand to work with people like that. Absolutely awful.

Armstrong's testimony in the SCA case is ridiculous. The guy who obsesses over every detail suddenly can't remember sh*t. That's the funny part...the more control you try to exert, the more people see the transparency of your BS.
