Seems more specific "early december" about the timing and agenda of the meeting than vague references made by new york times, interestingly seems to be before the dates of various newspaper articles eg guardian 19/12 quoting Tygart as saying "not too late to confess".

Wonder if the sources are the same: this seems to be an insider in USADA making serious breaches of confidence. Tygart fuelling the war of words since hints at a non too amicable parting.

Why do you automatically think it was USADA and/or Tygart who leaked information to the press? It is not as if the LA-camp is squeaky clean in that respect, so we might just as easily assume that it is LA testing the water in the public domain if he was to come clean. And you wonder why people accuse you of trolling. :rolleyes:
