Storer would easily have been 2nd if he threw his bike in the sprint.

Okay, I know what "throwing his bike" means, but just imagine if a rider stopped right before the finish, and hurled his bike across the line.
There is a rule that a rider must always bring a bike across the line, but is there a technically a rule that a bike must bring a rider?
Of course, in a mass sprint, that kind of... questionable behaviour... would likely file under 'dangerous behaviour'.
