A lot of my favourite posters here really really hate Levi and at times its funny (see "this is the worst day of my life" post in TDS thread) but I feel i have to defend him here.
Dude did just have what might be the best win of his career. Could be a bit tired from that.
Even if he doesnt see it as such, beating Cunego by 2 seconds in the final tt is way better than the pain he dished out on team OUCH-Maxxis in the Tour of California 3 times.
And as many have said before, surely a victory in the TDS is better than a TDF top 10.
Especially for a guy whose already been on the podium in Paris.

Anyway, Levi has GREAT Palmares.
And in addition to the Great Palmares, Levi has:
The Fastest North American Time up the Plateau de Beille....Lance third
The Fastest Leadville MTB Time....Lance second.
Finished all 3 Grand Tours - every finish in Top20.
It is that last stat that may be in jeopardy oh no.
10 Grand Tour Finishes - All top 20.
10 GRAND Tours Finishes. ALL TOP 20.
But he is now racing in 25th place.
I am hoping the Alpes and the ITT put him back into the Top 20.

It is certainly what makes cycling forums fun. How boring it would be if we could not bag on Evans just to watch the aussies act like we had insulted their wives.
Aside from Leipheimer's well known Clinic issues, people do not like him because he is cycling's equivalent of a black hole. He sucks the life out of races. He is the epitome of everything that is wrong with cycling today. No balls, no panache, and no style. A rider can get away without one of those, maybe two, but not all three.
Levi is a smart rider and an excellent pro. as far as a domestic, well not so good. if he has form he could well win the time toilet, what is it, forty two klicks.
