This might be a minor issue but it would be so easy to fix.

You'd be wanting some LizardSkins then or similar stick-on patches. You'll get a chainstay protector in the bag as well.

The reason that frame manufacturers don't include them is because different cable lay-ups lead to different friction points.

Go to the shop where you bought the bike and ask for the cable rub protectors that normally come with the bike. They should be applied when the bike is built at the shop.

Or like Martin318 said, pick up some online and stick 'em on yourself.
