Live streaming

Hello,

Could someone be so kind to refer me to a couple of live streaming services to Tour de France this summer? Must have a commentator and has to be in English. I am residing in France at the time, so they must have rights or whatever that some streaming services has trouble with.

Something like Versus TV, which is an option at this time.
