It’s live on bbc, so assume online with them too, I assume there will be geo restrictions

Not sure. You do if you abandon, but if you get booted for whatever reason you might be free to race.

He actually got a gap. What. Did anyone watch the finish? Also pretty impressive by Cortina, he aint exactly your typical sprinter.

Yes, (appalling camera work, not for the first time in this race) I watched it. The head on shot didn't tell us too much since the sprinters were on opposite sides of the road. Viviani seemed to deviate quite a lot.

Must only be DQs that cant race elsewhere

It's easy to get, though. Just don't very obviously quit because you felt like it
