What a courageous individual! Firstly, I hope she survives and fully recovers, or, at the very least, recovers enough to live an active life. The Nobel committee should seriously consider awarding her its peace prize. She has been fearless in standing up to the Taliban to advocate greater roles in society for females which, of course, starts with equal access to educational opportunities. http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-505263_...d-in-taliban-attack-in-****stan-surgeon-says/

A true hero in an age of cynicism.

A true hero in an age of cynicism.

This despicable act will backfire on the Taliban. Maybe more than they expect.
