Looks like he has his FTP in TP set for 420w judging by the Intensity Factor. Of course we don't know whether even that is set accurately, yet alone his weight, wind, power meter calibration, (blah, blah, blah, blah), but it's interesting to ponder whether it's even possible to hold 1.13x FTP for almost 30 mins.

Yes. It's either a very good effort.
Or as a pro he maintains his data less meticulously than most amateurs I have ever interacted with wrt power measurement in training...

I'm going with "very good effort".

wikipedia gives Marcin's height as 197cm, that's 11cm more than Canc. That's taller than Magnus Backstedt who is listed at 193cm / 94kg. At that weight it's more like 5w/kg.
