I wish to work out the angle of a 2% slope how do i do this, so far i have a 1.15 degree angle although i am using simple maths so it could be wrong does anyone know better or a nice formula to work out angles from percents easily ? and *** other interesting maths things here :S

angle = arctan(rise / run)

angle = arctan( % / 100)

arctan(2/100) = 1.1457 degrees
