Mavic Pro Road - Cleat screw length

I bought the last pair of Mavic Pro Road shoes at my local shop but there were only 5 short screws (supplied with the shoe) instead of 6. I have used my normal look screws which are longer and don't seem to be causing any issues. Has anyone had experience of this, I don't want to find on my next cleat change I have stripped the thread or done any damage.

go back to shop and get the last screw. or call mavic. would seem to work

Same problem with SIDI shoes and Shimano cleats the screws are not long enough.

Easy to get longer screws form a industrial fastener supply shop I got 25 for $5.
