Well i geuss since neither of them are current riders. They can't suspend 'em. As for prison that would be the appropriate punishment i geuss but I couldn't send the lovely Elisa to Jail. She was just innocently doing what Ivan and Eddie told her to imao.

She was a drug dealing, dirty pirate hooker. Prison term of 1 year would clean out her nose and put some scare into other pushers.

This begs the questions as to who is controlling these groups, since anything "organized" and "criminal" can probably be linked to a particular Italian group with particular expertise.

Mazzoleni as well, 1 year in the pokey.

See what happens when you don't pay attention to the past. If you could look back to the very recent past, around the time of the beginning of this thread you might notice that the story was about the two of them plea bargaining so they wouldn't go to jail. Based on that bit of history one could say that your second comment above comes off a little bit ignorant sounding.
