So there's some guy at work who's taking pictures of other workers, making silly Photoshop edits and posting them on Twitter. Is there any way I can find out who it is by looking at the metadata of the images?

By the way, the Twitter acount's not his/her personal account, so I can't use that to find out who it is.

I think there's very likely ways to find out, though myself I'd have no idea how. I also wouldn't know if it would be legal.

So I asked a tech (memory chip) guy at the Y if he knew anything about this, and he said that you can request that Twitter freeze/lock/hide the account and investigate because the images are offensive, He is pretty sure that any user info. is well hidden. He said to watch for arshats with iPhones because they are the most likely culprits :) (yah, he's anti-Apple).
