Microshift opinions?

Anyone have opinions on Microshift? I've read some decent reviews. I'm looking to put together a budget TT bike, since I don't TT much, but want the option of doing stage races.

Have 2 customers who use the road version...no complaints. Once set up, it stays that way. Not as refined as even sram(except FD-works better) but it works, shifts the front and back.
