Don't see Gilbert winning RVV or PR anymore. Better riders are emerging imo. Missed the window.
Pretty much this. A few years back he would have been in with a great shout. He has had a few decent results recently but a huge drop compared to previous years.

I would wait for the ones without any classic wins to at least have won only one!
Best chance is still for Boonen (MsR) and Gilbert (RVV, MsR and even PR if he really focuses). Only a shame Gilbert will go for LbL and skip the cobble classics.

Sagan and Kwiatkowski could potentially win all 5. Is it likely? Probably not.

The hardest for Sagan to win is probably Il Lombardia while the hardest for Kwiatkowski to win is Paris-Roubaix.

Voted Betancur, Lombardia & LBL should be possible, stars could align for MSR, especially if the plans to make it less sprinter friendly are seen through.

Was on the fence if I should not vote Tommeke, as he does have a shot at MSR this year and already has 2 others.

I am surprised that Sagan is cited that often. A lot has to happen for him to win PR/LBL/GdL. Yes, he climbs relatively well, but to win the 2 "climbers" monuments? Come on.... I can see PR happen if he moves to a team like the Steppers where he will have tremendous support for these kind of races, but that is a real long shot.

Like Styby on the list, but he better starts soon, cobbles are in his legs, for LBL/GdL this seems a long shot. MSR in a lucky day might pass

He has had a huge drop. But still only just past his 30's.
I believe he will be back to his previous level this year or the next.

Also, in a few years when my avatar wil have stopped being a teenager and stops playing with cyclocross, he will win all 5 monuments. :)

If the question is who will win three different monuments in their career, then the poll is missing the "none" option.

Gilbert only needs RvV. I could see him doing that if he finds his 2011 form.

I think Sagan will be able to win MSR, RvV and Lombardia if he tries to. LBL and P-R are more doubtful.

Can't see anyone else doing it. I don't think Boonen is capable of getting a MSR win. He's lost the necessary punch in the sprints.

Wow, that is impressive indeed.

Gilbert in form has it to win all five tbh...

He'll never win PR. Ronde too, i'm not too sure now.

He should have concentrated on the Ronde in 2012, instead of targeting the Ardennes again. Missed a trick there.

That's obviously the issue. It's strange that he hasn't won it already. It seems like the perfect race for him. Punchy hills and cobbles should suit him fairly nicely.

A bit of luck and some good form and he could very well do it. Bigger chance of him getting three monument wins than any others on that list bar Sagan.

Kwiatko for sure. As somebody said before, being in the team like OPQS could help a lot. ;).

Why is Vanmarcke on this list? Unless you count winning three times P-R which is not happening anyway, he shouldn't be on this list. Good rider, but there is NO chance for him winning anything other than P-R.

Would couldn't he win RVV?

Boonen is still showing signs of a very good punch in the sprints every now and then. This season he beat Greipel to a sprint win in Qatar. He probably doesn't have quite the same level of punch as he used to, but can still deliver in the sprint when things go right and according to plan.

He's 25... Classic riders peak at their best at 28 or so most of time..

He could win Ronde.

And as he has good sprint, it's unlikely, but as he develops he could become dangerous for MSR.

Sagan can win all of them, but he will have to lose some kgs and change focus in order to win LBL and Lombardia.
Kwiatkowski has a huge chance of winning these 2 monuments. Practically any kind of rider can win MSR these days, so he should have a chance there aswell. However, I don't think there is any reason to believe he can JUST pick up a cobbled monument win. He hasn't shown much on cobbles TBH

I think after what we saw at MSR, Kristoff deserved to be polled as well. He won a bunch sprint in RVV to come in 4th last year, and he could potentially win PR.

He was very good in last year's RVV.

Just rewatched the race. He managed to hang on for 1k or so in the middle of Cancellara's first attack on the Kwaremont. Surely that's impressive, but apart from that he hasn't shown anything in cobbled races and people talk about him like he's automatically gonna win a cobbled monument ?

Gotta look closer again then.
Kwia was riding alone for a very long period.
Very strong performance. I would say the 3rd strongest in the race.
