all sorts of logistic problems and problems with contracts. they couldn't get riders they wanted and many they got still had contracts like venezuelan riders season end in februari and new season starts in may. overall one big mess and libardo leyton to lead them who isn't capable of it. project has money and potential but everything done so far is wrong except acquiring alarcon, brenes, galviz and soliz I think. maybe ramiro cabrera as new jose joaquin rojas and angarita as new ventoso
