MTB in Spain, where would you recomend?

Hey guys, looking for a place for the wife and I to ride off road. we both like smooth flowing single track. I don't mind having to climb to get to the down hills but the wife isn't keen on it so a lift accesses trail would be good. I haven't been very many places in spain so any advice would be good

Can't recommend based on actual experience, but I've heard of a few sky resorts turned to MTB areas during the summer months: Sierra Nevada in the South, La Molina in the Catalan Pyrenees and Vallnord in Andorra.
