National Teams at Giro di Padania?

I was looking over the start list, and there are a number of national teams listed, with some pretty big names. What's this all about? Is the Aussie WC squad getting together this early?

It's nothing special... it's happened many times at many races especially when the worlds are approaching, but not necessarily.
