A 13-year-old Brazilian swimmer was suspended 4 months today after failing a drug test at a meet last November.

Brazil’s SporTV also noted that the swimmer listed 6 different supplements on his test form at the competition.

SporTV reports that this makes 11 straight years that a Brazilian swimmer has tested positive for a banned substance, meaning the Federation has not had a clean year since 2003.

Didn't realise the Brazillians were a swimming powerhouse. Good thing Aussies and Americans can smack them around clean. Squeaky.

a whole bunch of swimmers have been failing tests for Methylhexaneamine. No one really important though. Only the small fish. It's much cleaner at the top of course....

I have heard of her so that means she must be a pretty big name.

I guess swimming isnt clean after all? who could have guessed. Time for Kerrison to go back and clean up that sport.

very big name. another swimmer who trained under Dave Salo at Trojan too. that's like 5 different swimmers of his who have failed a test.
