Non Human Urine samples from Denver Broncos

No surprise at all. We discuss the doping of a minority sport in here. I would not care to to try and discuss the doping of a popular sport like football(soccer), basketball, baseball or amercian football as the fans would be worse than what trolls in here.

I like this quote...

"When asked whether Williams is denying tampering with his urine sample, Ginsberg said: "Our lawsuit will speak for itself, but D.J. is outright denying there is any justification for the suspensions. He's never tested positive for anything. He's been in the NFL for eight years.

Sounds familiar. Maybe because the NFL never really tested for anything before a couple of years ago, and finally doesn't warn the players of the upcoming tests.

they thought bovine urine was acceptable cos they are broncos

Well then it should be Equine Urine not Bovine! A Bronco is a horse. Probably good they did not use racehorse urine ;-)

This is just an iceberg sighting. I've been saying a long time American football needs to get tougher on doping controls in the NFL and NCAA. This s**t is even trickling into high school from a variety of sources, some which would scare you to death if you were using it and knew where it came from or how it was manufactured. That is, the problem is far deeper than just the NFL. Where's Karma when you need her.

I agree with you. The trolls in here are nothing compared to the trolls on a NFL message board or a MLB message board. There would be these trolls who are totally anti one team or the other.

You sure seem to know a lot about trolls and how they operate.

By the way, I went through a few comments on the article and there weren't many defending these clowns.

Is it so hard to obtain a urine sample from someone NOT on steroids, that they are having to resort to farm animals?
A $10,000 bonus is for the photographer that shot the convincted athletes while holding the bottle under the donkey.

How much would I be able to sell my (athletic, young male), but CLEAN urine for on the US black market nowadays? I offer dopers the ultimate edge over those having to resort to farmed urine. If an athlete consistently uses my product, he won't be suspected even in bio passport type of research. All my job is, to stay clean, and stay away from beef.

What is there to defend? Those guys in a room together would not = 1 brain.

I am not sure about the operations section of the trolls just that there are a bunch of trolls.

LOL! Also noted, there were procedural errors in obtaining the sample. The controller was fired. I think he had a French accent...

If the controller was sloppy enough to let those guys provide him with animal pee, it makes sense he was fired.

Been a lot of years(15+) since I was in high school, but several players on the football team had clear signs of steroid use. Even adolescent males don't bulk up the amount these guys did in just the summer break. That coupled with the rage issues and extreme acne they had made it pretty obvious what was going on. The sad thing is, they weren't even good, and I don't think any of them made it to division I programs, so I can't imagine what it takes to make it to that level.

Doping in the NFL isn't nearly the PR problem the real criminal activity the players engage in regularly. When they come back from a 2 year ban it's because they've been in jail.

Agreed. Many HS guys who are on it are the lower tier athletes. The guys who are good enough to make D-I are the natural athletes who really don't need it in HS. Once they get to D-I is more likely when they will start some kind of doping program. Heck, and it's not just D-I. I know one kid personally who went to a perrenial NAIA powerhouse and in his first 6 months there has dropped his 40 time from 4.66 to 4.46 and put on 20 pounds from 205 to 225. Too bad, nice kid too. I'll bet Alpe could guess the school.

Lol, a six week suspension and they're throwing a hissy fit about it.

What are they paid for six weeks work? (Hint: it's a bit more than cyclists are paid).

This is identical to my experience. Especially the last part.

6 weeks is a little over 37% of a 16-week season.

Williams' 2012 salary is $5 million, so his hit will be $1.875 million.

McBean only makes $480,000 so his hit will be $180,000.

Still a big chunk of change though.

.

It takes talent

At the High School level, it is Extreme Gift Talent that is the difference between the national top 10% and the others. Talent swamps any advantages from Peds. Doping = Fail big time in High School.

At the Pro Level, the top 1% of the top 1%, PEDs will make a marginal difference. But lets not confuse millions of high schools players with the handful of Pros. Talent will get you to the Pros. If a Pro was doping in High School - that was a stupid risk. Stuuupid.
