It looks like the wind will be a bigger factor than the rain. They predict rain in the late afternoon. That can be in the final hour or after the race. They will have backwind after the Muur, so that's an advantage for the attackers.

I would put the Visma riders higher, apart from Van Aert obviously. With the kind of team they have, it will be very difficult for rivals to keep things together.

Nonetheless, I will be interested to see how riders like De Lie and Alaphilippe go.
