The use of "track" is atypical in the survey. I presume what is meant is "route", which means, "a way or course taken in getting from a starting point to a destination"

Filled the survery. Gotta say a lot of the questions regarding route seemed to be mostly aimed at non-commuters...

That's true. The main focus is on road and mountain cyclists.
