openrunner : how to use it

Hello everybody
I am right now trying to learn how to use openrunner.
That software probably has been talked about and described many times on this forum, but I can't seem to find any relevant thread.
What I am really looking for is a simple operating mode for cyclists.

I want to follow a certain itinerary, mark a number of points, join them and get in the end my itinerary, with distances, elevations and may be an altitude profile.

Thanks for your help

I was misled by the name. Apparently that software is mostly used by French speakers as the statistics for the data registered in the library of itineraries seems to imply :
France 372 321
Italie 31 292
Espagne 17 366
Belgique 15 429
Suisse 6 729
The website : openrunner.com states that the documentation is still being worked on.

Cyclists - on and off road - are the main contributors
