Page Load Errors

I am getting errors when I try to load some pages. When I try to go to http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/contador-considers-armstrong-and-leipheimer-tour-rivals I get the following error:

Notice: Constant PanelWorker_MaxInstances already defined in /data/data/sophie/beta.cyclingnews.com/universal/config/core.php on line 531

This page is just one example. I am getting the error on several pages.

Initially when I got this error all the pages had no text but now I notice that some do and some don't. I can provide screen shots if it is helpful but I have no way to attach them here.
