Actually Thor was very strong in Tirreno-Adriatico last year. This year he barely got through Paris-Nice with a stomach bug, and has been sick since then as well.

Chava 25 seconds in front of ~40 man peloton - it's obviously coming back together before the end.

He's working for Boonen too. Tom can just bide his time with Chavanel up front and try to bridge if nobody can pull the Chav group back and attrition takes it's toll.
