On Taylor:

He was pretty dominating as an espoir though. But it turns out his competitors weren't that strong
Being really good at something means you make it look easy. You could be negative and say his competition was weak, but you might also realize that he seems to be making it look easy.

I would only pick 1.
Fabian Cancellara.
Though obviously not for tomorrow.
Yay Hitch! Good choice, too bad about that last crash. Cancellara would have been my #3.

Jorge Hincrapie and Faylor Phinney, a Dream team? I think in you mean dreamer's team.
I which case I want a carrot to win.
So many years at the a*s end of the peloton, eating Paris-Roubaix dirt from those
You know, name-calling is not mellow.
I remember years when Hincapie was way out in front - and he always said he liked this race. When I've ridden with George (all of one time), and when I talked to him, he seemed pretty humble and nice as a star. I HAVE met a lot of stars in my time, and not many of them come across as humble. This will be, what, his 17th? Pretty damn impressive to be there for that many P-R's. Maybe you don't like him for some reason - but how about just picking somebody else instead of denigrating these guys? You picked your nick for a reason, show us you are proud of it and can live up to it.
Are they a dreamer's team? I think I made it pretty plain in the first post I was thinking about a dreamer's podium. George has about a snowball's chance in hell of winning - he is getting older. Of course, snowballs have won in this race before. As for Taylor, realistically, I don't think he is going to be riding to win. I think he has about as much chance as I would have given Summeren last year before the race.
