Pinarello Dogma vs Focus Izalco Frame sizes

I'm currently on a 54cm (seat tube) Focus Izalco medium.

I"m told Pinarello are different.

What would be my (seat tube) size on a Pinarello Dogma ?

That really is not enough information. What is your saddle offset, how much drop do you ride with, How long a stem do you have? Because HT and ST angles are different for the frames the other measurements are going to be important not just stack and reach. You will either be a 51.5 or 53 on a Dogma.
