Potentional issues with older di2 systems (ultegra 6770) and cranks compatibility with ultegra 8000

Basically the title.
I'm searching for a winter/trainer/second road bike and I found a reasonably priced canyon with di2 ultegra 6770. Before driving a few hours to check it out and buying it I would like your opinions on buying 6-7 year old di2 bike. Was used as second bike so I guess it hasn't really seen all that KM. Any special issues? Sellers ofc says its without problems and works great.

Ive eliminated the option to get it to 11 speed but I think its not really a problem, a bigger problem is only 28t the back. Any chance to get it to 30 or 32t? I'm a tall guy so that means heavy and I like my hills and my knees :)

Also in the future I have a plan to get a power meter, left side crank only. It it cross compatible with the 2 ultegras, 6770, 8000?

thanks in advance.

Firstly power meter. Yes, it's fine. I've run an R8000 PM on my Dad's winter bike when I've been visiting and that's got 105 5600 on it. As long as the crank length is the same, you're good to go, that's the great thing about HT2.

Cassette-wise, there is no GS cage for the 6770 RD from what I remember. People have had success taking the cage from a 6700 GS mech and replacing the cage on the 6770 with that, but I've never done it so can't vouch for how well it'll work.

Problems with a second hand 6-7 year old bike. Just the usual ones. Bearings need checking, wheel rims could be well worn and due a replacement soon and so on. I'm not sure I'd run older Di2 on a winter bike out of choice, can be a faff getting parts is something goes wrong. Personally I'd be looking for mechanical if you're not going to stretch to modern Di2.
