Cancellara || Boonen > Hoste && Gusev && Pozzato
taiwan said:Saxo have lost O'Grady and are going to be signing at least like 4 climbing specialists, so Canc might be more vulnerable next year.
You're wrong there. Cancellara could win because everyone was marking BreschelDekker_Tifosi said:Cancellara and Boonen still blow them away when they are in top form.
You can have the best outsiders, if you don't have the strongest guy in Paris Roubaix, you lose.
And @taiwan: team? what team? Cancellara solo-ed for 50km in Paris Roubaix. Who needs a team then? Any idiot who can keep him out of the wind in the first 150km will do. The last 100k he can do on his own.
This made me laugh.El Pistolero said:The only problem is that no one except Boonen can suck his wheel.
At the Ronde van Vlaanderen Boonen had a cramp in his leg and that's why Cancellara got away. And since he's the best time trial specialist in the world Boonen couldn't close the gap anymore. All Boonen needs to do is to pay more attention(instead of sitting at the back when Cancellara attacks in PR -,-") and suck Cancellara's wheel for the victory. Although it must be said, Cancellara >>>> Boonen this year.

Ofcourse you get cramp in your leg when you are going above your limit trying to follow someone.
And Boonen has literally 10000000000000000000000000000000 excuses like that after a race.
He choses each race of classics like:
"My chain wasn't working properly in the sprint"
"My back was a little sore today so I couldn't go at 100%"
"My tire deflated in the last 200m"
"My pedals couldn't handle the pressure I put on them so I flew out of them"
"My brakes where coming against the wheel so I had a more resistance"
And his best one to date
"My mechanic didn't inflate my tire enough so I had more road resistance so I performed 1,5% chance less than possible, that's why i didn't win"

Hoste is a nearly man, he'll be up there but doesnt have a good enough sprint. Pozzato has a good chance if he has someone to work for him and he stays free from illness. Hopefully Gilbert can challenge in flanders next year, would love to see him on the top step but i dont think he will come to flanders in red hot form until he has won liege, so we ll be waiting for a year or two yet. Or at least I will.

If there are no riders in überform then the Katusha trio has a good chance of making at least podium through numbers.
