Pro cycling race that were a series of short sprints?

I remember last year seeing a one day race that I believe were rounds of 4 pro cyclists in each round and each race was I think maybe 1km long on a grandprix circuit.

Does anyone know what this race is called?

I don't remember what it was called, but it was the sort of "lead up race" to the two big Canadian one-day WT races.

Maybe Quebec Sprint Challenge or something like that...

In 2012 I think the only good WT sprinters there were Goss and Matthews and they were happy to simply get to the final and let the local guys fight out the overall win. Classy considering that it meant a lot more to the conti guys.

I'm not sure who won it last year.
