If I can recall, the team mentioned back in the time that the indentity of their new sponsor would be announced around that time of the year. Some of the rumours said that it might be a multinational European company, probably German, which explains the increased size of their German contigent and that they have bigger ambitions for 2013 (part of a new German project?)

If you guys have any new info concerning the team, or you're just fan of the team, I guess this is the place for it.

have a bit of a teamcrush on 1t4i developing , I think. Enjoyed de Kort's videos of some of the descents at MSR and Degenkolb didn't do bad at all for a 23-year-old in his 2nd season as a pro.

Another good day at the office for the Project. Monique van de Ree wins the women's Dwars door Vlaanderen and Koen de Kort 3rd in the men's race. Wonder if Degenkolb can pull something out of the bag in the next few days.

...and Kittel hasn't even got going yet, they will be by far the best Pro Conti team out there, and will be much better than several of the WT teams. I like the way their kits stand out too, and it's good to see Felt back in the peloton.
North Sea would be a great name for the team too, just need to find the next Peter Post to DS them, alla Panasonic

I do fear the new kits might not be as cool and minimalist as the current ones, and new name won't be as cool as "the Project", but these are relatively minor issues!

I really like the kits as well. And for some reason, even the skinsuits look good. Much better than the Skil-Shimano of last year (both the kit and the team).

From a business standpoint that all makes sense now. The companies knew when the merger would go through, and this way there's one less thing to worry about.

Personally, I have to disagree with you about the Skil-Shimano kit. I liked it because it harkened back to the team kit from the '80's.

I think either there should be more or less green. The current amount is an awkward mix I think.

kinda disappointed, I do like this years kit but I was expecting something bolder with the new sponsor, I suppose they invested in this '1t4i' so they probably just weren't going to throw it away.
