tis ok found somewhere opposite marylbone station and they are showing the tour all day... will just have time to peg it there for the last hour.. :D

This reminds me of when the Tour started in London, and after doing my work as Marshall went shopping in Harrods, had lunch in the pub in the basement and heard a pair of voices, it was Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen.

Now, I first thought it was just me hearing things and possibly going a touch crazy but then the adverts began and I realised there was a tv in the area. So whilst, waiting for our food to arrive I went and watched the end of the stage by myself in the room with the tv.

Thankfully, I was there with family so it went down ok, but if it was with my then, and now ex girl, there would have been some serious trouble.

ah.. im safe, having found a pub in london close enough for us to peg it to from paddington i just got told i was clever.. :D Jays fifth tour watching, and her 3rd seen live in paris, years of gigs and festivals, shes now got proffessional crowd control elbows as well.. :D

as for harrods, well the last time i went anywhere near harrods i was about 300 yards away and a ruddy bomb went off.. ;) Hadnt been back there again till end of last year..

Its always good knowing someone else with a body that somehow just seems to transform into 2 or 3 times its size in no time at all, and can block everything from an ant to a nuclear bomb passing by it and into the space.

I hope you enjoy watching the race in the pub as you may a number of other people doing the exact same plan as the pair of you and can all have a few together.
